Accepting new patients for July 2026!
Sage is a specialized physical therapy clinic dedicated to providing compassionate and expert hands-on care so you can find lasting relief for pelvic floor issues and achieve your goals. Whether you are dealing with pain, leaking, prolapse, incontinence, constipation, or pregnancy and postpartum changes, I am here to help you resolve symptoms, feel great, and get back to the activities that you love.
Exceptional Care for True Healing
At Sage, you will receive personalized and compassionate care, and will be treated like the unique individual that you are. No two bodies and experiences are the same, and your therapy and treatment should reflect that. I take the time to truly listen and understand your concerns, and collaborate to uncover the underlying issues and create an individualized approach that works for you.
One-on-One with a Pelvic Floor Specialist
You will always work one-on-one with me, a specialist solely dedicated to pelvic health, in order to provide you the best possible care. You will never share a time slot, be seen by aides, or be left alone to complete exercises. Every appointment is an hour long and a dedicated time to focus on your issues, maximize your efforts, and help you reach your goals.
Whole-Body Approach- Treating Beyond the Pelvis
The pelvic floor functions in relationship with your entire body, not in isolation. We identify contributing factors to your pelvic issues, and address them in order to achieve lasting relief from symptoms. At Sage, treatment includes assessing and treating many areas- including core stability, the hip and back, posture, and the nervous system- as part of a whole-body approach to wellness.
Care in a Healing Environment
Sage is located in a private and calm setting where we can discuss your concerns and get to the root causes without waiting in a busy clinic, rushed appointments, or sharing gym space. My goal is always for you to feel comfortable as we work together to resolve your symptoms. I recognize that issues relating to the pelvic floor often involve emotional components, and sometimes there is embarrassment and discomfort discussing these issues, or other feelings that emerge. At Sage I strive to create an environment where you know you are welcomed, accepted, and cared for as we approach your issues and work towards healing and wellness together.
